Hi, I'm Christina Schnohr

I am an expert in personal effectiveness and Denmark's most winning track and field athlete with 36 Danish senior championships. Since retiring from elite athletics, I have completed 15 marathons and ultramarathons. In 2021, I put what is now known as streak running into a training method and wrote a book about it, called Couch Potato Fitness. I hold a Ph.D. in health science and my mission in life is to promote public health.
